EXHIBITS

divreplace

Huge exhibit area with the latest in ministry resources!

We have over 100 Christian Exhibits at the NWMC from all over the country.

The products that are displayed range from publishers, missions, music, Christian supplies, finances, insurance, architects, universities, seminaries... the list goes on and on. For the last three years there has been an average of 400 churches represented and there were over 3000 Pastors, Leaders, and Teachers that attended the NWMC. That is why it is so important to us to have a comprehensive list of exhibitors so we have something for everyone who attends the conference.

For Exhibitors

If you are a vendor and would like to participate at the NWMC please contact: Leslie German, NWMC Exhibit Coordinator, at leslie.german17@gmail.com.

As an exhibitor we want you to be very successful. Below is a list of tips compiled by Gary Dixon regarding what he has learned from being an exhibitor over the last 25 years. I'm sure you will find it very helpful.

  1. 1.Create an attractive booth environment. Have something fun there, balloons, flowers, cookies, etc.

  2. 2.Be outgoing. Don't wait for the attendee to ask you a question. Engage them in conversation. Ex. "Are you enjoying the conference? What do you do at your church? How can I help you?"

  3. 3.Have candy or something unique to give away for free for those who stop by your booth. They'll tell others.

  4. 4.Advertise a drawing in your booth (could be each day). Give something away (does not need to be expensive). Have people fill out a card for a drawing (be sure to include a place for their email address). You can use these after the conference to develop your mailing list and follow up on them.

  5. 5.Sign up to do a workshop and then invite the attendees back to your booth to find out more. Announce your workshop time in your booth with a poster or white board. Create some buzz.

  6. 6.Advertise in the program. Include your workshop time(s) and Conference Specials. This is an effective way to reach people in ministry, with 15,000 programs distributed.

  7. 7.Sign up to put something in the Goodie Bag (a card for a drawing, a brochure, your catalogue, mouse pad, etc.) 3,500 Goodie Bags are passed out at the conference, everyone receives one and takes it home.

  8. 8.Have Conference Specials. Give them a deal that is better than they can get anywhere else, (ex: Amazon, ChristianBook.com, etc.) This motivates people to decide today and not put it off until tomorrow.

Remember... It's not just what happens at the conference... It's your follow-up that makes the difference between a good experience and a great one.
